Partnerships Success Manager

MassChallenge is looking for….

The Partnerships Success Manager is a proactive individual that will be in charge of designing and executing any specific project required by MassChallenge Partners. 

The Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for designing and complying with Key Performance Indicators that are required in each specific project. 

This function is responsible of generating revenue for MassChallenge through the delivery of high quality and value from existing sponsors.


What You'll Do... 

Sales process
-    Identify current Partner’s needs and effectively create sales proposals featuring MassChallenge’s model for solving corporate innovation and strategy needs. 
-    Manage customer negotiations
-    Manage contract negotiations
-    Support Operations Manager on administrative tasks that need to be done to generate invoices, contracts, payments. 

Project Execution
-    Design and execute a workplan and programs according to specific Partners’ project needs
-    Deliver a focused and strategic solution that complies with budget and time for execution
-    Create a good process-driven /Strategic communication with the stakeholders
-    Collaborate with MassChallenge team members in marketing, operations, events, and mentorship to ensure effective service delivery and to integrate the team into our strategy 


Relationship Management
-    Effectively manage all aspects of corporate relationships with corporate development, strategy, and innovation teams 
-    Oversee logistics related to client accounts 
-    Create a culture of high service, high support, and high expectations in working with corporate partners 
-    As needed, plan and manage complex joint projects with partners 
-    Develop long-term, strategic business relationships with existing and new partners, with an eye towards trends and changes in the world of entrepreneurship

Reporting & Database Management
-    Clearly define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 
-    Analyze and incorporate metrics on the decision making.
-    Strategically manage the MCMX database of partners 
-    Keep updated the CRM 


Expert Network
-    Involve partners to consolidate an accountable mentor, judge, and expert network in Mexico that will support any ideas
-    Consolidate the network through targeted activities and communication 
-    Participate in Partners’ events and activities to strengthen the relationship
-    Assist in designing strategies to engage the MassChallenge community to create opportunities for entrepreneurs and other important stakeholders 

 
Who You Are & What You Bring....
-    Minimum 2-3 years in a startup or innovative business in a management 
-    Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or management, MBA prefered
-    Goal-oriented, ambitious, self-starter, detail oriented and passionate
-    A professional, hands-on, resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, and to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
-    Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
-    Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication (fluency in English and Spanish mandatory), and customer relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of management.
