Project Manager for Startup Success

Department: Accelerator Management
Location: Mexico City, MX

Reports To: Startup Success Manager

Job Overview:

The Project Manager for Startup Success is a proactive individual that will be in charge of designing and executing any specific project that is related to startup acceleration.

The Project Manager for Startup Success will be responsible for designing and complying with Key Performance Indicators that are required in a project.

Responsibilities and duties:

Workplan:

  • Execute a workplan according to project needs
  • Deliver a focused and strategic solution that complies with budget and time for execution

Program:

  • Execute a customized program
  • Coordinate all the activities related to the execution of the program

Expert Network

  • Wisely use the mentor, judge, and expert network in Mexico

Stakeholders

  • Give follow up to the different stakeholders

Reporting & Database Management

  • Clearly define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIís) for the startups

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a startup or innovative business in a management
  • Bachelorís degree required in engineering or management.
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, self-starter, detail oriented and passionate
  • A professional, hands-on, resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, and to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to support startups and resolve issues
  • Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication (fluency in English and Spanish mandatory), and customer relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of management.
