Partnerships Coordinator

MassChallenge Israel is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator who is as crazy about startups as we are. The Partnerships Coordinator will manage and support all partner accounts of MassChallenge Israel, locally and globally.

The role is based in Jerusalem, Israel. Only candidates willing and able to work out of our office in Jerusalem every day will be considered 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support the Director of Partnerships in researching, identifying & developing leads into prospects, including corporations, philanthropists, foundations, and governments both local and foreign  

  • Lead the day-to-day management of partner accounts, including drafting and sending out newsletters, setting up partner meetings, and maintaining records on Salesforce 

  • Track partner engagement throughout the year and draft partner specific engagement reports 

  • Create briefing packets for fundraising trips, including drafting biographies of donors and talking points 

  • Draft proposals, decks and written materials for potential partners  

  • Assist in logistics for partner and VIP events as related to business development opportunities  

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • This is an entry level role in the company 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken  

  • High-level of flexibility, the role will involve long days and non-traditional hours

  • A professional, hands-on, resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team  

  • Ability to collaborate across teams to support startups and resolve issues

  • Enjoy working in a fluid, dynamic organization  

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication, and customer relationship-building skills, across multiple levels of management

  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel required

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
